Data Scientist (Fresher)

We are looking for a data scientist who enjoys digging into data and explaining what it means. You will run analyses end to end: framing the question, preparing the data, building models, and presenting findings that people can act on. The best analyses also become case studies in our tutorials.
What you will do
- Explore and analyze datasets to answer concrete questions
- Build statistical and ML models and validate them properly
- Create clear visualizations and short write-ups of findings
- Design experiments and comparisons where the data needs them
- Turn interesting analyses into tutorial-ready case studies
What we look for
- 0 to 2 years of experience in data science or analytics (internships and projects count)
- Statistics fundamentals: distributions, hypothesis testing, correlation vs causation
- Python with pandas plus one plotting library (matplotlib, seaborn, or plotly)
- Working SQL
- Ability to explain findings to a non-technical reader
Nice to have
- Kaggle notebooks or a public portfolio of analyses
- Dashboarding experience (Streamlit, Power BI, or similar)
- Writing samples that explain data topics simply
