Reel Prompter Terms of Use

Reel Prompter is an iPhone app made by KGP Talkie Private Limited ("we"). By downloading or using Reel Prompter you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement(the "Standard EULA"), which is the licence under which Reel Prompter is provided. These terms add the details specific to Reel Prompter. Where the two differ, the Standard EULA applies.

1. Reel Prompter Pro

Reel Prompter is free to download. Reel Prompter Pro unlocks extra features and is offered as a weekly, monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• The lifetime purchase is a single payment and never renews.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• To get Pro back on a new or reset iPhone, use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple ID.

2. Your Content

Your scripts, recordings and exported videos belong to you. They stay on your iPhone and we have no access to them. You are responsible for what you record and publish, for having the rights to any material you use, and for following the rules of the platforms you post to.

3. Keeping Your Recordings

Recordings are kept only inside the app on your iPhone and are not included in iCloud or computer backups. If you delete the app, lose your iPhone or reset it, they cannot be recovered. Export or save to Photos anything you want to keep.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use Reel Prompter to record anyone without the consent the law requires where you are, or to make content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Other Companies' Names

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok are trademarks of their owners. Reel Prompter is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

6. Warranty and Liability

Reel Prompter is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in the Standard EULA and are not liable for lost content or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

How Reel Prompter handles your data is described in the Reel Prompter Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Reel Prompter after a change means you accept the updated terms.
